SharkNinja Goes Full Speed Ahead with F1 Movie Collab
SharkNinja is shifting gears—literally and figuratively—with a global campaign tied to the upcoming F1 movie “APXGP.” For the first time, the combined Shark and Ninja brands are promoting as one entity through their sponsorship of the fictional APXGP racing team.
This strategic move includes event activations at the film’s NYC premiere with Shark hair styling pop-ups, Ninja slush machines, and Shark misting fans. Co-lead Damson Idris even hosted a VIP event with Warner Bros. and SharkNinja to celebrate the release.
Taking it further, SharkNinja dropped a limited-edition APXGP product collection featuring appliances decked out in the fictional team’s colors—like vacuums, coolers, ice cream makers, and more.
While product sales matter, Chief Commercial Officer Neil Shah emphasized that the real goal is sparking global buzz and brand excitement through storytelling and immersive fan experiences.
