What is included in my subscription?

Our pricing model is based on your annual ticket inventory. The monthly license & support fee includes hosting, maintenance, a comprehensive feature set and weekly training opportunities.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up for a free trial of Concierge Live and enjoy access to all of our features and training. We will notify you before your trial expires, and you can decide to pay the monthly subscriber fee or let your trial expire. No payment information required.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. We do not require a contract. If you aren’t satisfied with the product, you can let your trial expire or cancel with 30 days notice.

How do I learn more about Concierge Live’s other available services?

Traditional Ticket Management
